WE ARE HIRING

1- Senior Sap Finance Control Consultant 

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare annual plans and budgets to meet the IT strategic objectives.
  • Monitor implementation of the annual plans and measure achievements of results against budgets and objectives and take corrective measures as appropriate.
  • Recommend annual strategy in areas of SAP (designated portfolios) to best fit within the Group.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent with 14 years of experience.
Required Skills:
  • SAP certification in SAP FICO/Analytics/ BI/BO and or PMP

2- SAP Specialist 

Responsibilities: 

1. Establish ways to apply technology to business processes, with specialization in core module of Service Operations.

2. Monitor SAP Service Business Process on updates and innovative solutions to improve user experience (UX).

3. Monitor ICT project planning, resource and budget and overall project administration.

4. Research and provides information on technical trends.

5. Consult with program/project management to develop appropriate technical solutions.

6. Monitor the project timelines, quality guidelines of project deliverables and detect any variances; Take corrective action/s as required to streamline the project schedules.

7. Contribute to information technology systems integration into the business by guiding employees on using technology in an efficient manner.

8. Review the training presentations to the employees in order to enhance the technical know-how and applications in the business.

9. Review the periodic reports on the status of implementation processes.

10. Assess technology trends and provide recommendations for system improvements.

11. Analyze the business technical requirements and recommend viable options, which best suit, the requirements and deliver optimized results.

12. Monitor the documentation of the installation process and other project information, providing consulting help whenever needed.

13. Manage business crisis, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems.

14. Maintain up to date information on the latest technologies and knowledge of ABAP in addition to specialization on any one or more modules.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor degree with 12 years of experience OR Diploma in Computer Science with 12 years of experience. (Minimum 5 years of relevant SAP related experience, and minimum 4 end-to-end SAP implementation experience)
  • Certification and Licensure: SAP Certification in any module/ PMP

1- مستشار أول للتحكم المالي في نظام SAP

المسؤوليات:
  • إعداد الخطط والميزانيات السنوية لتحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات.
  • مراقبة تنفيذ الخطط السنوية وقياس مدى إنجاز النتائج مقارنة بالميزانيات والأهداف واتخاذ التدابير التصحيحية المناسبة.
  • التوصية باستراتيجية سنوية في مجالات SAP (المحافظ المخصصة) لتناسب المجموعة بشكل أفضل.
المؤهلات:
  • - درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها مع 14 سنة من الخبرة.
المهارات المطلوبة:
  • شهادة SAP في SAP FICO/Analytics/BI/BO و/أو PMP

2- أخصائي نظام SAP

المسؤوليات: 

1. إنشاء طرق لتطبيق التكنولوجيا في العمليات التجارية، مع التخصص في الوحدة الأساسية لعمليات الخدمة.

2. مراقبة عملية خدمة SAP للحصول على التحديثات والحلول المبتكرة لتحسين تجربة المستخدم (UX).

3. مراقبة تخطيط مشروع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات والموارد والميزانية والإدارة العامة للمشروع.

4. البحث وتوفير المعلومات حول الاتجاهات الفنية.

5. التشاور مع إدارة البرنامج/المشروع لتطوير الحلول التقنية المناسبة.

6. مراقبة الجداول الزمنية للمشروع، والمبادئ التوجيهية لجودة مخرجات المشروع واكتشاف أي فروق؛ واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية حسب الحاجة لتبسيط جداول المشروع.

7. المساهمة في دمج أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الأعمال من خلال توجيه الموظفين حول استخدام التكنولوجيا بطريقة فعالة.

8. مراجعة العروض التدريبية المقدمة للموظفين بهدف تعزيز المعرفة التقنية وتطبيقاتها في العمل.

9. مراجعة التقارير الدورية عن سير عمليات التنفيذ.

10. تقييم اتجاهات التكنولوجيا وتقديم التوصيات لتحسين النظام.

11. تحليل المتطلبات الفنية للأعمال والتوصية بالخيارات القابلة للتطبيق والتي تناسب المتطلبات بشكل أفضل وتحقق نتائج مثالية.

12. مراقبة توثيق عملية التثبيت ومعلومات المشروع الأخرى، وتقديم المساعدة الاستشارية عند الحاجة إليها.

13. إدارة أزمات العمل، والتي قد تنطوي على مشاكل تقنية معقدة في الأجهزة أو البرامج.

14. الحفاظ على المعلومات المحدثة حول أحدث التقنيات والمعرفة الخاصة بـ ABAP بالإضافة إلى التخصص في أي وحدة أو أكثر.

المتطلبات الدنيا:

  • المؤهلات التعليمية والخبرة: درجة البكالوريوس مع 12 عامًا من الخبرة أو دبلوم في علوم الكمبيوتر مع 12 عامًا من الخبرة. (ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة بـ SAP، وخبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في تنفيذ SAP من البداية إلى النهاية)
  • الشهادة والترخيص: شهادة SAP في أي وحدة / PMP
