Bid Engineer/ Manager- Kuwait
Principal Duties And Responsibilities:
- Act as program officer for all bids and take the responsibility of project completion and handover in liaison with Pre-Sales, Technical, Support, and Sales Members.
- Monitor and follow all bids and prepare proposals accordingly,
- Prepare and supervise all proposals and templates for sales and account Managers
- Liaise with the concerned departments to get the relevant documents to be incorporated in the Bid
- Design the contents, organization and aesthetics of the bids and proposals
- Compile complete bids with all the relevant information
- Create and maintain a date base of the bids submitted
- Liaison with other departments for day- to-day activities
- To supervise and process any additional assignment given by the Management
Application Support/Deployment Engineer (Non-developer)- Kuwait
Accountabilities:
- Experience in Database Management Systems (MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL) and SQL Queries.
- Experience with software deployment, IIS, Web Servers.
- Experience in Window Server & Linux OS Administration.
- Experience in scripting and automation tools.
- Experience in software testing, V&V, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing.
- Exposure to agile development, CI/CD, DevOps.
- Experience in MS Office apps and in software documentation.
- Strong knowledge in System security concepts.
- Excellent coordination, management, and collaboration skills.
- Certification in Business Analysis and/or Project Management is a plus.
Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering, or software engineering.
- 3 – 5 years of proven experience in similar role .
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- العمل كمسؤول برنامج لجميع العطاءات وتحمل مسؤولية إكمال المشروع وتسليمه بالتنسيق مع أعضاء ما قبل البيع والتقنية والدعم والمبيعات.
- مراقبة ومتابعة كافة العطاءات وإعداد المقترحات وفقًا لذلك،
- إعداد والإشراف على جميع المقترحات والقوالب لمديري المبيعات والحسابات
- التواصل مع الإدارات المعنية للحصول على الوثائق ذات الصلة التي سيتم تضمينها في العطاء
- تصميم محتويات وتنظيم وجماليات العطاءات والمقترحات
- تجميع العطاءات الكاملة مع جميع المعلومات ذات الصلة
- إنشاء قاعدة بيانات للعروض المقدمة والحفاظ عليها
- الاتصال مع الأقسام الأخرى للأنشطة اليومية
- للإشراف على أي مهمة إضافية يتم تكليفها من قبل الإدارة ومعالجتها
مهندس دعم وتنفيذ تطبيقات (غير مطور) - الكويت
المسئوليات:
- - خبرة في أنظمة إدارة قواعد البيانات (MS SQL، Oracle، MySQL) واستعلامات SQL.
- خبرة في نشر البرامج، IIS، وخوادم الويب.
- خبرة في إدارة أنظمة التشغيل Windows Server وLinux.
- خبرة في أدوات البرمجة والأتمتة.
- خبرة في اختبار البرمجيات، والتحقق والتحقق، واختبار التكامل، واختبار قبول المستخدم.
- التعرض للتطوير السريع، CI/CD، DevOps.
- خبرة في تطبيقات MS Office وفي توثيق البرامج.
- معرفة قوية بمفاهيم أمن النظام.
- مهارات ممتازة في التنسيق والإدارة والتعاون.
- تعتبر الشهادة في تحليل الأعمال و/أو إدارة المشاريع ميزة إضافية.
الخبرة والمهارات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر، أو هندسة الكمبيوتر، أو هندسة البرمجيات.
- 3 - 5 سنوات من الخبرة المؤكدة في دور مماثل.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
