About the Job:
Job Summary:
The Area Coach is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring that each store meets the company's standards for quality, service, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills to guide and develop store managers, drive performance, and implement company policies to achieve operational goals. The Area Coach plays a key role in maintaining the brand’s reputation and customer satisfaction across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, coach, and mentor restaurant managers to ensure operational excellence and drive results in each location.
- Monitor performance and provide ongoing feedback, training, and development to enhance team skills and ensure readiness for future growth opportunities.
Operational Oversight:
- Ensure all locations consistently meet or exceed company standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, and customer experience.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operational effectiveness and provide support in resolving challenges.
- Ensure that all stores comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Financial Management:
- Analyze restaurant performance metrics (sales, labor, food costs, etc.) and develop action plans to optimize profitability across locations.
- Work closely with store managers to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Drive a customer-first culture by ensuring a consistent high-quality guest experience across all stores in the region.
- Respond to customer concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner, ensuring continuous improvement in service.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Implement company-wide initiatives, promotions, and new product rollouts in a consistent and effective manner across all restaurants.
- Assist in developing and executing operational strategies to enhance business performance and market presence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or multi-unit operations, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Financial experience in managing P&L, budgets, and operational costs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple locations simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, health, and safety regulations.

التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتنفيذ:
