Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Profitability:
- Meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and control expenses.
Operational Efficiency:
- Manage inventory and ensure compliance with loss prevention policies.
- Execute store policies and maintain operational standards.
Staff Development:
- Recruit, hire, and develop store associates.
- Lead weekly meetings and daily briefings, providing feedback and coaching on customer service and product knowledge.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure top-notch customer service on the sales floor.
- Implement visual merchandising standards and maintain store cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
