Your role and responsibilities
As the Universe Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customers are greeted and served in a timely manner, adhering to quality and customer service standards. You will develop a commercial policy, seasonal layout plans, and an annual timetable for commercial campaigns.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and ensure timely service by shop staff while complying with quality and customer service standards.
- Develop a commercial policy, seasonal layout plans, and an annual timetable for commercial campaigns.
- Recommend price modifications based on benchmarking to maintain competitiveness.
- Monitor sales figures, inventory, and profit and loss reports, ensuring weekly and seasonal targets are achieved by the team.
- Manage shop staff by preparing schedules, setting goals and objectives, managing performance, and providing training and motivation to achieve high performance.
- Continuously monitor stock levels and assist the Shop Manager in regular inventory checks, maintaining adequate stock and range availability.
- Develop and maintain a calendar for shop events, ensuring smooth and timely activities; supervise communication of shop events and promotions via social media.
- Communicate with wholesale customers to promptly address their needs and liaise with local sports clubs to increase brand awareness and boost sales.
- Handle end-of-day closing in coordination with the Cashier, ensuring accurate preparation of cash, electronic card slips, discounts, and VAT vouchers for delivery to the Accounting Department per company policies and security standards.
- Perform related activities such as controlling shipment reception, communicating with local suppliers, negotiating prices, and reporting operational issues.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Active participation in at least one sporting activity and expert knowledge of sporting events and products.
- Previous experience in sports goods is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in English is required.

- إدارة موظفي المتجر من خلال إعداد الجداول، وتحديد الأهداف والغايات، وإدارة الأداء، وتدريب وتحفيز الموظفين لتحقيق أعلى مستويات الأداء.
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون بشكل مستمر، ومساعدة مدير المتجر في إجراء الجرد بشكل دوري، والحفاظ على مخزون كافٍ وتوفر أكبر نطاق وحجم متاح في جميع الأوقات.
- تطوير وصيانة تقويم لفعاليات المتجر والتواصل به مع الفريق لضمان سير الأنشطة بسلاسة وفي الوقت المناسب؛ الإشراف على تواصل فعاليات المتجر والترويج للعملاء عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- التواصل مع العملاء الجملة لضمان الرد في الوقت المناسب على احتياجاتهم، والتنسيق مع الأندية الرياضية المحلية لزيادة الوعي بالعلامة التجارية وزيادة المبيعات.
- التعامل مع إغلاق نهاية اليوم بالتنسيق مع أمين الصندوق من خلال التحكم في إعداد النقد، وقسائم البطاقات الإلكترونية، والخصومات، وقسائم ضريبة القيمة المضافة؛ التأكد من تسليمها إلى قسم المحاسبة وفقًا لسياسات الشركة ومعايير الأمان.
- أداء أنشطة ذات صلة مثل السيطرة على عملية استقبال الشحنات، والتواصل مع الموردين المحليين والتفاوض بشأن الأسعار، والإبلاغ عن المشكلات التشغيلية.
المؤهلات المطلوبة للدور
- مطلوب شهادة بكاليوس.
- خبرة سنتين في دور إداري.
- المشاركة النشطة في نشاط رياضي واحد على الأقل ومعرفة متخصصة بالأحداث الرياضية والمنتجات.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في السلع الرياضية.
- إتقان استخدام MS Office.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية.
