Wireline Field Supervisor
Job Description:
Join a team dedicated to innovative and strategic solutions in well construction and production. As a Wireline Field Supervisor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, delivering services on inland or offshore rigs, optimizing oil well extractions, and supporting field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise crew and equipment at the wellsite and shop, providing specific logging and completion services.
- Provide records of all assemblies to the Customer Representative on-site.
- Advise Customer Representatives on logging, completions operations, and data interpretation.
- Troubleshoot wellsite operations and contribute to the decision-making process.
- Maintain communication and records as required by the district manager.
- Assist in training personnel on incompletions operations and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Science required.
- 5-7 years of experience with Wireline Completions products and services.
- Preferred experience with Baker Hughes tools.
- Seismic background is optional.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with internal and external customers.
