Housekeeping Attendant
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect keys and daily assignments, prepare the trolley and necessary equipment for efficient task performance, and prevent delays.
- Maintain and clean guest rooms, replenishing room supplies according to the hotel’s Standards of Performance.
- Clean and replenish bathrooms, ensuring adherence to safety standards and hotel performance guidelines.
- Organize and tidy guest belongings while cleaning rooms and bathrooms.
- Coordinate with Valet Service to collect guest clothes for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Clean guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas, maintaining a professional and organized appearance.
- Report maintenance issues to the Engineering Department to ensure general upkeep and facility maintenance.
- Consider guest needs and requirements when working in public areas and guest rooms, ensuring guest satisfaction and courtesy.
- Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
