Senior Accountant
About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. Your role will involve overseeing revenue and expenditure approvals, maintaining ledger accounts, and ensuring accurate data entry to support the organization’s financial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain standard accounting procedures to ensure consistency and departmental goals.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Record supplier invoices and manage timely vendor payments.
- Prepare and reconcile customer receipts and supplier payments.
- Reconcile intercompany balances.
- Oversee treasury functions and fixed assets register.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and special analysis reports.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
- Manage balance sheet schedules, general ledgers, and cash flow statements.
- Develop budgets and financial forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal teams for daily and month-end activities.
- Collaborate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Work experience in Kuwait is mandatory.
- ACCA qualification or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Proven experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and P&L statements.
- Proficient in Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables).
- Excellent communication skills.

نبحث عن محاسب أول ذو خبرة ومهارة للانضمام إلى فريقنا. ستتضمن مسؤولياتك الإشراف على الموافقات ومعالجة الإيرادات والمصروفات، والحفاظ على حسابات دفتر الأستاذ، وضمان إدخال البيانات بدقة لدعم الأهداف المالية للمؤسسة.
المسؤوليات
- الحفاظ على إجراءات محاسبية قياسية لضمان الاتساق وتحقيق أهداف القسم.
- الحفاظ على سجلات محاسبية دقيقة ومحدثة.
- تسجيل فواتير الموردين وإدارة مدفوعات الموردين في الوقت المحدد.
- إعداد واستلام إيصالات العملاء وتسوية المدفوعات والإيصالات.
- تسوية أرصدة الشركات التابعة.
- الإشراف على وظائف الخزينة وسجل الأصول الثابتة.
- إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية وتقارير الإدارة والتحليلات الخاصة.
- إجراء تحليل التباين وتقديم رؤى حول الأداء المالي.
- إدارة الجداول الزمنية للميزانية العمومية ودفاتر الأستاذ العامة وبيانات التدفق النقدي.
- تطوير الميزانيات والتنبؤات المالية.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية للأنشطة اليومية والشهرية.
- التعاون مع المدققين الخارجيين لإجراء التدقيق السنوي وضمان إتمامه في الوقت المحدد.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح الضريبية المحلية والمتطلبات القانونية.
- تنفيذ المهام المخصصة والمشاريع الخاصة حسب الحاجة.
المتطلبات
- خبرة عمل سابقة في الكويت.
- شهادة ACCA أو بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة حسابات الدفع والقبض وقوائم الأرباح والخسائر.
- إجادة العمل على Excel (مثل v-lookup والجداول المحورية).
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
