a large specialized plant equipped with all modern facilities to produce precast concrete elements. All this equipment is serviced and kept in excellent condition by RECAFCO's house equipment service division.
The precast Production Factory is spread over an area of 100,000 M2 producing high-capacity Concrete Precast Elements ranging from Piles, Pipes, Pre-stressed and Post-Tensioned Beams, Fascia Panels, Dolloses, and all Elements of the Building including Beams, Columns, Roof Units, Walls, Floor Units and Other Units as per Design and Specifications of Clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the batch machinery and set up the configuration to regulate flow of raw materials, temperature, and pressure at prescribed levels.
- Operate machinery to heat, dry, mix, crush, and carry out other manufacturing processes.
- Ensure the raw materials are mixed in proportionate quantities to ensure a quality end product.
- Gather samples of the processed materials and forward them for laboratory tests.
- Maintain machinery cleanliness and repair as required to ensure efficiency.
- Weigh raw materials before production and processed materials after production.
