Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests and clients promptly and courteously.
- Handle customer feedback effectively, escalating issues or compliments for long-term improvements.
- Ensure seamless client experience, including managing bookings, payments, and consultation cards.
- Follow cash handling procedures accurately.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, guests, and the management team.
- Promote and upsell departmental incentives.
- Report any accidents, maintenance issues, or other incidents.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
