About the Job
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chemical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beverage formulation and production processes. You will be responsible for developing technical recipes for our drinks and managing the machinery involved in production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize technical recipes for a variety of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate and improve existing products.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to enhance product formulations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Train and supervise production staff on best practices and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in beverage production or food processing.
- Strong understanding of chemical processes and equipment used in drink production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

نبحث عن مهندس كيميائي ماهر ومتحفز للانضمام إلى فريقنا الديناميكي. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي خلفية قوية في صياغة وإنتاج المشروبات. سيكون مسؤولاً عن تطوير الوصفات التقنية لمشروباتنا وإدارة الآلات المشاركة في الإنتاج.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تطوير وتحسين الوصفات التقنية لمجموعة متنوعة من المشروبات، مع ضمان الجودة والاتساق.
- الإشراف على تشغيل وصيانة معدات وآلات الإنتاج.
- التعاون مع فريق البحث والتطوير للابتكار وتحسين المنتجات الحالية.
- إجراء التجارب وتحليل البيانات لتحسين صيغ المنتجات.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والجودة طوال عملية الإنتاج.
- حل مشكلات الإنتاج وتنفيذ حلول فعّالة.

المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية أو علوم الأغذية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إنتاج المشروبات أو معالجة الأغذية.
- فهم قوي للعمليات الكيميائية والمعدات المستخدمة في إنتاج المشروبات.
- مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والانتباه إلى التفاصيل.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني ضمن فريق.
- مهارات تواصل قوية، كتابية وشفهية.
