Job Title: Project Manager (Expression of Interest)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project P&L responsibility with commercial and financial accountability, including revenue delivery, margin management, and risk reviews.
- Contribute to and review project proposals and plans, defining timeframes, procedures, staffing needs, and resource allocation.
- Negotiate changes to project scope/specifications with customers, following Change Management processes for modifications to scope, cost, and schedule.
- Pursue opportunities for innovation, including digitalization, technology use, and high-value engineering initiatives.
- Establish project procedures and lead the production of execution plans, including scope, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
- Regularly report progress to senior management and customers.
- Ensure project team competency and provide leadership for HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environment) initiatives.
- Manage risk mitigation, performance improvements, and stakeholder engagement effectively.
- Guide multidiscipline project teams and ensure adherence to ethical standards and legal compliance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Certifications: PMP, APM, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Experience:
- 15+ years in project management, including 5–10 years managing complex projects.
- Strong background in oil and gas, refinery, and petrochemical industries, with experience in Middle East projects.
- Proficient in project management techniques, risk assessment, stakeholder management, and business issue analysis.
