WebMethods AG API Gateway (5-11 Years)

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5-11 years of experience with WebMethods AG API Gateway.
  • Strong understanding of API gateway concepts and architecture.
  • Proficiency in WebMethods technology stack.
  • Experience with API design and development.
  • Knowledge of web services protocols such as SOAP and REST.
  • Familiarity with security standards and authentication mechanisms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the API gateway infrastructure using WebMethods technology.
  • Ensure seamless integration of WebMethods into our systems.
  • Design, develop, and maintain APIs to meet business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Monitor API performance and implement optimizations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest WebMethods and API gateway trends and technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
