About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and driven leader to join our team and take charge of the operations within our engineering department. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing project teams, ensuring successful project delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Establish and maintain communication with clients to understand their needs, provide project updates, and deliver exceptional service.
- Coordinate and arrange work schedules with subcontractors, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
- Coordinate resources, monitor project progress, and adjust schedules as necessary.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their growth and success.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture while promoting teamwork and high performance.
- Ensure effective communication between team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues, risks, or challenges that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
- Track project performance and create regular status reports for senior management.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Operations Manager – Engineering Team (Contracting)
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and its application in project design and execution.
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or Project Manager, preferably in fit-out.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- تقديم التوجيه والدعم لأعضاء الفريق، وضمان نموهم ونجاحهم.
- تعزيز بيئة عمل إيجابية وتعزيز التعاون بين أعضاء الفريق لتعزيز الأداء العالي.
- ضمان التواصل الفعال بين أعضاء الفريق والعملاء وغيرهم من أصحاب المصلحة.
- تحديد وحل القضايا والمخاطر أو التحديات التي قد تؤثر على مواعيد المشروع أو نتائجه.
- متابعة أداء المشروع وإنشاء تقارير الحالة المنتظمة للإدارة العليا.
- ضمان الحفاظ على معايير الجودة طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
مدير العمليات – فريق الهندسة (المقاولات)
المتطلبات:
- معرفة قوية ببرنامج AutoCAD وتطبيقه في تصميم وتنفيذ المشاريع.
- خبرة مثبتة كقائد فريق أو مدير مشروع، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال التشطيبات.
- مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على التواصل بفعالية.
- قدرة تنظيمية وحل المشكلات الممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة.
