What You Will Do
As part of the Windranger team, you will be expected to wear multiple hats and contribute across a variety of functions. Some responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Contribute to Web3 Products: Develop and contribute to decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and Web3 products that are designed to solve real-world problems.
- Innovate and Ideate: Work on the ideation, design, and implementation of new protocols, DeFi solutions, and other decentralized products.
- Collaborate with Top Talent: You’ll be working alongside the best minds in Web3, and will help drive collaboration across different teams.
- Advocate for Decentralization: Take an active role in advocating for decentralized finance and permissionless systems, helping to shape public perception and promote Web3 as the future of the internet.
- Own Projects: Be given the autonomy to own and drive your projects from start to finish while contributing to the overall success of Windranger’s ecosystem.
- Develop Partnerships: Help Windranger build relationships with key players in the DeFi, blockchain, and crypto communities to ensure that our projects are well-positioned for success.
What You Need to Bring
We are looking for self-driven individuals who can work independently but also collaborate effectively with other team members. If you have experience in any of the following, we want to hear from you:
- DeFi Development: Experience building decentralized finance protocols, smart contracts, or decentralized applications.
- Blockchain Development: Experience with blockchain technologies and development (Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, etc.).
- Product Management: Experience managing and launching Web3 products from concept to production.
- Design & UX: Expertise in designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for decentralized applications.
- Marketing & Community Growth: Experience growing Web3 communities and promoting decentralized products and protocols.
- Venture Capital & Asset Management: If you have a background in venture capital, asset management, or working with Web3 projects from an investment standpoint, that would be a plus.
