Job Description

• Female IT recruiter candidate will have experience in recruiting specifically for the IT industry and is skilled in screening, talent acquisition, interviewing, and employee onboarding. We are in the pursuit of finding an IT recruiter who is ready to discover untapped talent and drive overall organisational growth while keeping in mind the booming global IT sector. And most importantly, enable people to develop successful careers in the field of IT.( candidates from Qatar with NOC )

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle as an IT technical recruiter
• Foster and strengthen relationships with prospective candidates, who are specialised in IT job profiles, to fill existing vacant roles in the company
• Implement IT headhunting strategies, keeping in mind the latest industry trends as an effective IT talent acquisition consultant
• Generate new leads and devise innovative strategies to identify IT talent that suit the technical requirements of the company

Note

• Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews

Required Skills And Qualifications
