📢 We’re Hiring: Internal Audit Assistant Manager – Kuwait
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Audit Assistant Manager to join our team in Kuwait. If you have a passion for internal controls, compliance, and process improvement, this could be the right opportunity for you.
As an Internal Audit Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in strengthening internal processes, identifying areas of risk, and recommending practical improvements that add value across the organization. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, helping drive effective governance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities include:
Conduct audits covering operations, compliance, and internal controls
Evaluate existing controls and provide practical, actionable recommendations
Prepare clear, well-documented audit reports for management review
Supervise and mentor junior audit team members
Follow up on audit findings and ensure timely implementation
Ensure audits are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and professional standards
Participate in special investigations or projects as needed
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of audit methodologies and tools
Qualifications:
Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, or ACCA is preferred
4 to 5 years of experience in internal audit or a related role, ideally within a Top 10 audit firm
Strong understanding of audit techniques, risk-based auditing, and internal control frameworks
Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
High attention to detail, professional integrity, and ability to work both independently and within a team

المسؤوليات الرئيسية تشمل:

تقييم الضوابط الحالية وتقديم توصيات عملية قابلة للتطبيق
إعداد تقارير تدقيق واضحة ومنظمة لمراجعة الإدارة العليا
الإشراف على أعضاء فريق التدقيق المبتدئين وتوجيههم
متابعة ملاحظات التدقيق وضمان تنفيذها في الوقت المحدد
ضمان الالتزام بالقوانين والمعايير المهنية أثناء تنفيذ مهام التدقيق
المشاركة في التحقيقات أو المشاريع الخاصة عند الحاجة
المساهمة في تحسين أساليب وأدوات التدقيق الداخلية
المؤهلات:
درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو تخصص ذي صلةيفضل وجود شهادة مهنية مثل CIA أو CPA أو ACCA
خبرة من 4 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال التدقيق الداخلي أو دور مشابه، ويفضل من لديهم خبرة في إحدى شركات التدقيق الكبرى
فهم عميق لتقنيات وأساليب التدقيق القائمة على المخاطر وأطر الرقابة
مهارات تحليل وتواصل عالية وقدرة على إعداد تقارير احترافية
اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل، نزاهة مهنية، والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل أو ضمن فريق
