Position: Food and Beverage Supervisor

Details

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Four Seasons, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring that all staff delivers outstanding service in line with the Four Seasons’ world-renowned standards. You will be responsible for managing staff schedules, ensuring the smooth running of shifts, and maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction. This is an exciting role where you will contribute directly to the exceptional experience that Four Seasons is known for.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a five-star luxury hotel in the Middle East

• Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities

• Previous experience in restaurant or food and beverage operations at a luxury hotel is highly desirable
