Position: Assistant Outlet Manager - Mei Li
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and assist the Outside Catering team in managing events.

Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the event service team.

Align department activities with hotel operational strategies and brand standards.

Oversee the coordination of events, especially weddings, ensuring quality and attention to detail.

Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of service and creativity.
Qualifications:

Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing weddings and events.

An eye for detail and a passion for quality work.

Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
