Responsibilities:

● Execute the product vision and strategy by identifying core problems/needs and conceptualizing innovative, AI-driven

solutions.

● Define and prioritize product roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer needs.

● Manage end-to-end feature releases, major product roll-outs, upgrades, and optimization projects.

● Evaluate products using both quantitative and qualitative metrics during release testing and in production.

● Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance product performance and user experience.

● Break down complex projects into manageable tasks, create clear delivery plans, and track progress against

milestones.

● Use agile methodologies and project management tools to ensure timely delivery.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to drive alignment and achieve

product goals.

● Anticipate bottlenecks, remove blockers, and balance business needs with technical constraints.

● Identify new ways to engage, retain, and grow the user base.

● Analyze user behavior and feedback to improve product features and functionality.

● Contribute to product design ideas and validate assumptions through user research and testing.

● Incorporate AI features into product design to enhance usability and value.

● Work with product marketing to design and execute go-to-market strategies, highlighting AI capabilities.

● Support the development of product pricing and marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives.

● Conduct competitor and industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the PropTech/FinTech space.

● Propose AI-driven product improvement initiatives based on market insights.

● Collect and review post-release feedback from support teams and customers.

● Manage team workflows and timelines, ensuring efficient task allocation and adherence to deadlines.

● Handle team dynamics, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts to maintain a productive work environment.

● Prioritize tasks and resources to align with business goals and deliver high-quality results on time.

المسؤوليات:

● تنفيذ رؤية المنتج واستراتيجيته من خلال تحديد المشكلات/الاحتياجات الأساسية وتصور الحلول المبتكرة القائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي

● تحديد أولويات خرائط طريق المنتج بما يتماشى مع أهداف العمل واحتياجات العملاء.

● إدارة إصدارات الميزات الشاملة، وإطلاق المنتجات الرئيسية، والترقيات، ومشاريع التحسين.

● تقييم المنتجات باستخدام المقاييس الكمية والنوعية أثناء اختبار الإصدار وفي الإنتاج.

● الاستفادة من أدوات وتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحسين أداء المنتج وتجربة المستخدم.

● تقسيم المشاريع المعقدة إلى مهام قابلة للإدارة، وإنشاء خطط تسليم واضحة، وتتبع التقدم المحرز

● استخدام منهجيات مرنة وأدوات إدارة المشاريع لضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب.

● التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف (الهندسة والتصميم والتسويق والمبيعات) لتعزيز التوافق وتحقيق الأهداف

● دمج ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تصميم المنتج لتعزيز قابلية الاستخدام والقيمة.

● العمل مع تسويق المنتجات لتصميم وتنفيذ استراتيجيات طرح المنتجات في السوق، مع تسليط الضوء على قدرات الذكاء الاصطناعي.

● دعم تطوير استراتيجيات تسعير المنتجات والتسويق لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.

● إجراء تحليل للمنافسين والصناعة لتحديد الاتجاهات والفرص في مجال PropTech/FinTech.

● اقتراح مبادرات تحسين المنتج المعتمدة على الذكاء الاصطناعي استنادًا إلى رؤى السوق.

● جمع ومراجعة التعليقات الواردة بعد الإصدار من فرق الدعم والعملاء.

● إدارة سير عمل الفريق والجداول الزمنية، وضمان توزيع المهام بكفاءة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.

● التعامل مع ديناميكيات الفريق، وتعزيز التعاون وحل النزاعات للحفاظ على بيئة عمل منتجة.

● تحديد أولويات المهام والموارد لتتوافق مع أهداف العمل وتقديم نتائج عالية الجودة في الوقت المحدد.
