Designer – Fire Protection Systems

If you are a skilled and experienced designer with a passion for fire protection systems, this is your chance to make a difference. Al Mulla Group is looking for a Designer to work on engineering and designing cutting-edge fire protection systems. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful safety solutions in accordance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Engineering and designing fire protection systems (Fire Suppression/Detection, Foam, Firefighting, Kitchen Hoods, etc.) according to NFPA standards.

• Preparation of design drawings, layouts, and shop drawings (Design/Shop and As-Built).

• Preparation of quantity take-offs and cost estimations.

• Preparation of documentation including engineering/design/drawings submittals and technical proposals.

Job Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

• Experience: 4-15 years of experience in Fire Suppression (FM-200, Inert Gas), Detection System, Foam System, and Firefighting Systems.

• Experience with design calculation software and hydraulic calculations.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

• Strong understanding of fire protection and firefighting systems as per NFPA standards and local Kuwait regulations.

• Self-motivated, driven, and able to work under stringent timelines.

• Strong communication skills.

• Other Requirements: Male, aged 24-45 years, Arabic language proficiency is preferred.

• Duty Shift: One shift from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Sales Engineer – Fire Protection Systems

Al Mulla Group is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Engineer to identify and develop new business opportunities in the fire protection, fire suppression, detection, and firefighting systems sector. If you are passionate about sales and have expertise in the fire safety industry, this role is the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business sales leads/opportunities in the fire protection, fire suppression, detection, and firefighting systems sector.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals (quotations, estimations, and costing) and negotiate contracts to close deals.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitors' offerings.

• Be customer-centric by generating leads from retrofit projects and new business opportunities for fire protection systems.

Job Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience: 4-15 years of experience in sales in fire protection, suppression, detection, and firefighting systems.

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

• Strong technical knowledge and skills related to fire alarm, fire protection, and firefighting systems.

• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic.

• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales goals and objectives.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Other Requirements: Male preferred, ability to work in a multicultural environment.

• معرفة قوية بأنظمة الحماية من الحرائق وفقًا لمعايير NFPA واللوائح المحلية في الكويت.

• مهارات تواصل قوية.

• المتطلبات الأخرى: الذكور فقط، من سن 24 إلى 45 عامًا، يفضل إتقان اللغة العربية.

• الوردية: وردية واحدة من الساعة 8:00 صباحًا حتى 4:00 مساءً.
