Job Title: Chemist - Cement Industry

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Chemist to join our team and help ensure the quality and compliance of our cement products. The Chemist will be responsible for performing various chemical and physical tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform chemical and physical tests on cement samples using laboratory equipment and instrumentation.

• Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to determine chemical composition, purity, and quality.

• Interpret test results, prepare reports, and communicate findings to production and quality assurance teams.

• Maintain accurate records of all tests performed and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product quality and laboratory equipment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, process efficiency, and laboratory procedures.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment in the laboratory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

• Proven experience as a Chemist in the cement, construction materials, or related industry.

• Strong knowledge of chemical analysis techniques and laboratory equipment.

• Familiarity with quality control standards and regulations in the cement industry.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) techniques.

• Knowledge of cement chemistry and manufacturing processes.

• Certification from relevant professional organizations (e.g., ACI, ASTM) is a plus.

نبحث عن كيميائي ماهر ودقيق للانضمام إلى فريقنا للمساعدة في ضمان جودة منتجات الأسمنت لدينا وامتثالها للمواصفات. سيكون الكيميائي مسؤولاً عن إجراء اختبارات كيميائية وفيزيائية متنوعة على المواد الخام والوسيطة والمنتجات النهائية لضمان مطابقتها لمعايير ومواصفات الصناعة. يتطلب هذا الدور مهارات تحليلية قوية، ودقة في التفاصيل، والقدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق.

• خبرة مثبتة ككيميائي في صناعة الأسمنت أو مواد البناء أو الصناعات ذات الصلة.

• - معرفة قوية بتقنيات التحليل الكيميائي والمعدات المختبرية.

• - المعرفة بمعايير وأنظمة مراقبة الجودة في صناعة الأسمنت.

• مهارات ممتازة في التحليل وحل المشكلات والتواصل.

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق في بيئة سريعة الخطى.

• الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالحفاظ على معايير عالية من الجودة والدقة.

المؤهلات المفضلة:

• خبرة في استخدام تقنيات فلورسنت الأشعة السينية (XRF) وحيود الأشعة السينية (XRD) .
