Currently, we have several sophisticated, modern, and self-sufficient manufacturing plants located in Kuwait. The Industrial operations of the company comprise of: Refrigerators (commercial and residential), Water Coolers, Air-conditioners, Water Heaters, Cold Stores, Sandwich Panels, Refrigerated Truck and Telecommunication Shelters.

We're Hiring: E-Commerce Manager – Alhasawi Group (Kuwait)

Alhasawi Group is looking for a strong and experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online retail presence in Kuwait. If you're passionate about digital commerce, customer experience, and driving growth through effective e-commerce strategies, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full e-commerce operation for Alhasawi Group in Kuwait.
Develop and execute online sales strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and revenue.
Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and digital marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and IT.
Use data and analytics to track performance and continuously optimize the customer experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree is required; a postgraduate degree is an added advantage.
Relevant certifications in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields are preferred (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Shopify, HubSpot, etc.).
Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms and digital retail.

Key Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Solid understanding of online customer behavior and digital retail trends.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, CMS, and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
Results-driven mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:

Only candidates with a transferable Article 18 visa will be considered.

التنسيق مع الفرق الوظيفية المختلفة بما في ذلك التسويق، اللوجستيات، وتقنية المعلومات.
استخدام البيانات والتحليلات لتتبع الأداء وتحسين تجربة العملاء بشكل مستمر.

المؤهلات:

درجة بكاليروس مطلوبة؛ درجة دراسات عُليا تعد ميزة إضافية.
شهادات ذات صلة في التجارة الإلكترونية، التسويق الرقمي، أو المجالات ذات الصلة (مثل Google Analytics، Meta Ads، Shopify، HubSpot، وغيرها).
خبرة مثبتة في إدارة منصات التجارة الإلكترونية والبيع بالتجزئة الرقمي.
