We are currently looking for a dedicated Payable Accountant to join our finance team. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy, this is the job for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Process outgoing payments in line with financial policies and procedures.

• Verify, classify, and record accounts payable data.

• Reconcile vendor statements and the accounts payable ledger.

• Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills and payroll.

• Match invoices to purchase orders and verify receipt of goods/services.

• Maintain vendor records and track credit card spending.

• Analyze accounts to ensure payment accuracy and prevent overpayments.

• Assist in audits, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

• Generate reports on payables status.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

• Professional certifications in Accounting/Finance (preferred).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must have a valid Article 18 Transferable Visa (Kuwait).

• تسوية بيانات الموردين وحسابات المستحقات.

• ضمان الدفع في الوقت المحدد والدقيق للفواتير والرواتب.

• مطابقة الفواتير مع أوامر الشراء والتحقق من استلام السلع/الخدمات.

• الحفاظ على سجلات الموردين وتتبع نفقات بطاقات الائتمان.

• تحليل الحسابات لضمان دقة الدفع ومنع المدفوعات الزائدة.

• المساعدة في التدقيق والميزانية والتوقعات المالية.

• إعداد تقارير عن حالة المدفوعات.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 2 سنة في دور مشابه.

• درجة بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو التجارة.

• شهادات مهنية في المحاسبة/المالية (مفضل).

• إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office.

• مهارات تواصل وتحليل وحل المشكلات جيدة.

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من الفريق.

• يجب أن يكون لديك تأشيرة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18) في الكويت.
