Business Development Manager

About the Opportunity

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sharq, Kuwait. The role requires a highly motivated and experienced professional to identify new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and implement strategies that support the company’s expansion across various industries. You’ll work closely with internal teams to drive client satisfaction and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Kuwait market

• Conduct market research, prepare proposals, and present strategic plans

• Manage and strengthen client relationships to ensure long-term cooperation

• Lead contract negotiations and ensure project alignment with client needs

• Collaborate across departments to deliver seamless client experiences

• Support business development efforts in Oil & Gas, Power & Water, and related sectors

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, market research, and client relations

• Strong background in proposal writing, contract negotiation, and strategic planning

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Kuwait, with solid knowledge of KOC & KNPC procedures and contacts in the Kuwait Oil & Gas sector

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• تحديد وتطوير فرص أعمال جديدة في السوق الكويتي

• قيادة مفاوضات العقود وضمان توافق المشاريع مع احتياجات العملاء

• التعاون مع مختلف الأقسام لتقديم تجارب متكاملة للعملاء

• دعم جهود تطوير الأعمال في مجالات النفط والغاز، والطاقة والمياه، والقطاعات ذات الصلة

الشروط

• خبرة مثبتة في تطوير الأعمال، أبحاث السوق، وإدارة علاقات العملاء

• خلفية قوية في كتابة العروض، التفاوض على العقود، والتخطيط الاستراتيجي

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة عالية على التعامل مع الآخرين

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة

• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات داخل الكويت، ومعرفة جيدة بإجراءات KOC وKNPC ولديه علاقات في قطاع النفط والغاز الكويتي

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق
