Service Sales Engineer - HVAC

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire sales opportunities and meet financial targets.

• Prepare and present monthly sales forecasts according to service requirements.

• Execute customer visit schedules on a weekly basis.

• Interact with customers to increase sales, market share, product awareness, and customer education.

• Prepare technical reports with the technical team (e.g., compressor inspection, maintenance, unit inspection) and deliver them to customers.

Minimum Requirements:

• University Graduate (Mechanical Engineering is preferable) or MBA.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant service sales experience.

• Proficiency in English. Arabic is a plus.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

BMS/Control Technician

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure that contractors, technicians, and sub-contractors adhere to safety guidelines and rules.

• Maintain customer satisfaction by identifying concerns and implementing corrective actions.

• Supervise site activities, including testing, commissioning, and integration of HVAC systems.

• Perform wiring, termination, testing, and commissioning of BMS and Chiller Plant Controls systems.

• Prepare and submit reports on time, maintaining documentation throughout the project's lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or related field.

• Valid Kuwait Driving License.

Experience:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in HVAC/BMS/Chiller Plant Manager.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC controls and systems.

Competencies:

• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.

Senior Sales Engineer - HVAC

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC products (e.g., chillers, AHUs).

  • Engage with consultants, contractors, and end-users to promote Carrier’s products.

  • Conduct technical demonstrations, product presentations, and prepare detailed sales proposals.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.

  • Respond to client inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Technical Expertise & Support:

  • Provide expert knowledge on HVAC systems, particularly chillers and AHUs.

  • Assist with the selection and implementation of HVAC solutions.

• Market Research & Strategy:

  • Monitor market trends and competitors to develop strategies to enhance sales and market share.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional materials.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in HVAC sales, particularly with chillers and air handling units.

• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems.

• Experience in developing and closing large-scale HVAC projects.

• حاصل على شهادة جامعية (يفضل الهندسة الميكانيكية) أو ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مبيعات الخدمات.

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.

• مهارات قوية في المبيعات والتفاوض.
