Job Title: Content Writer/Editor – Arabic (Kuwait Curriculum)
Job Details
Location: Kuwait (remote – must be a permanent resident with the legal right to work)
Contract: 6-month freelance contract (high chance of extension)
Work Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hrs/week (must be available during office hours)
Pay Rate: $13 USD/hour
Status: Self-employed contractor – no benefits included

Role Summary
We’re looking for a skilled Arabic Content Writer/Editor to join our Twinkl Kuwait team. You will create a wide range of engaging Arabic resources aligned with the Kuwait Ministry of Education curriculum across subjects such as Arabic Language, Islamic Studies, Social Studies, Life Skills, IT, and Maths.
Your role includes both writing and editing resources, ensuring everything meets Arabic grammar standards and delivers high-quality educational value. You’ll collaborate remotely with designers, illustrators, and other educators to ensure every product is visually appealing and academically accurate.
Responsibilities

Develop creative Arabic resources based on the Kuwait National Curriculum

Review, edit, and refine written content for clarity, quality, and grammar accuracy

Collaborate with Twinkl's global team of illustrators, content creators, and curriculum leaders

Research educational trends to ensure content relevance and appeal

Attend weekly virtual meetings with the Kuwait content team
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
✅ University degree in Education, Arabic Language, or Literature
✅ Strong command of Arabic grammar, spelling, and punctuation
✅ Teaching experience with the Kuwait MOE Curriculum
✅ Ability to communicate effectively in English
✅ Previous experience writing Arabic educational resources
✅ Tech-savvy with access to a stable internet connection and personal device

نبحث عن كاتب/محرر محتوى تعليمي باللغة العربية لينضم إلى فريق Twinkl في الكويت. ستقوم بإعداد موارد تعليمية إبداعية ومتنوعة تتماشى مع منهج وزارة التربية الكويتية في مواد مثل: اللغة العربية، الدراسات الإسلامية، الاجتماعيات، المهارات الحياتية، تكنولوجيا المعلومات، والرياضيات.
يتطلب الدور مهارات عالية في الكتابة والتحرير باللغة العربية، بالإضافة إلى القدرة على العمل الجماعي عن بعد والتواصل الفعال مع فريق التصميم والإنتاج.

✅ درجة جامعية في التربية، اللغة العربية، أو الأدب

✅ خبرة في تدريس المنهج الكويتي

✅ خبرة في كتابة محتوى تعليمي باللغة العربية
