• خبرة مثبتة كـ مهندس سلامة، خصوصًا في مشاريع الطرق والبنية التحتية
• حاصل على شهادات مهنية مثل NEBOSH، OSHA أو ما يعادلها
• التقديم متاح فقط للمقيمين داخل الكويت
• وجود إقامة قابلة للتحويل (المادة 18)
