Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company’s growth strategy

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries

• Research market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs

• Create and present tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients

• Negotiate and finalize deals that create value for both parties

• Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align offerings with client requirements

• Manage a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates to senior management

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in business development or a similar role

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Arabic as a mother tongue with good command of English

• Strategic mindset and ability to identify growth opportunities

• Residency in Kuwait is preferred

• تحديد فرص الأعمال الجديدة ومتابعتها بما يتماشى مع استراتيجية نمو الشركة

• بناء علاقات قوية والحفاظ عليها مع صناع القرار الرئيسيين في الصناعات المستهدفة

• ابحث عن اتجاهات السوق واستراتيجيات المنافسين واحتياجات العملاء

• إنشاء وتقديم مقترحات وعروض تقديمية مخصصة للعملاء المحتملين

• التفاوض على الصفقات وإنهائها بما يخلق قيمة لكلا الطرفين

• العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق التسويق والمنتجات والعمليات لمواءمة العروض مع متطلبات العميل

• إدارة خط أنابيب مبيعات صحي وتقديم تحديثات منتظمة للإدارة العليا

• تمثيل الشركة في فعاليات الصناعة والمعارض التجارية ووظائف التواصل

• تحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والربع سنوية

متطلبات

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تطوير الأعمال أو دور مماثل

• مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض

• اللغة العربية كلغة أم مع إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية

• العقلية الاستراتيجية والقدرة على تحديد فرص النمو

• يفضل الإقامة في الكويت
