Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Manage Project Teams: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Client Communication & Service: Establish and maintain open lines of communication with clients to understand their needs, provide regular project updates, and ensure exceptional service. Foster strong client relationships to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
- Coordinate Subcontractors & Work Schedules: Effectively arrange work schedules and resources with subcontractors, ensuring the seamless execution of tasks, adherence to deadlines, and the highest quality standards.
- Monitor Project Progress: Continuously track the status of the project, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to keep everything on track. Ensure any project changes are effectively communicated and managed.

- راقب تقدم المشروع: تابع حالة المشروع باستمرار، مع تعديل الجداول الزمنية والموارد حسب الحاجة لضمان سير العمل على المسار الصحيح. تأكد من الإبلاغ عن أي تغييرات في المشروع وإدارتها بفعالية.
- دعم وتطوير الفريق: قدّم التوجيه والدعم والإرشاد لأعضاء فريقك، لضمان نموهم المهني ونجاحهم. وفّر بيئةً تشجع العمل الجماعي والابتكار وحل المشكلات.
