Position: Cloud Solution Architect

Details

This role focuses on designing and implementing secure, scalable, and robust Microsoft Azure environments. You will lead cloud adoption strategies, oversee data center migrations, and ensure technical excellence throughout the delivery process.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Azure landing zones based on the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework

• Lead and execute migrations from traditional data centers to Azure

• Build and manage hub-and-spoke network topologies with Azure VNet, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute

• Configure Azure Firewall, Network Security Groups (NSGs), and Application Gateway

• Support hybrid cloud environments using Azure Arc for servers

• Implement secure public/private access using Private Endpoints, Service Endpoints, Azure DNS

• Use PaaS services such as Azure App Services and Functions to modernize applications

• Architect scalable Azure SQL solutions (SQL Database, SQL Managed Instance)

• Work closely with security teams to ensure compliance with governance best practices

• Provide leadership during delivery, engaging with clients and project teams

Requirements

• 6+ years in IT, with at least 2 years in Azure architecture and design

• Experience in large-scale Azure migration and implementation projects

• In-depth knowledge of Azure networking: VNet, ExpressRoute, DNS, NSG, UDR, etc.

• Hands-on with Azure Firewall, Application Gateway, and WAF

• Expertise in Azure Landing Zones and Azure Arc

• Familiarity with public/private endpoint management and secure access

• Skilled in Azure SQL services and migration techniques

• Strong understanding of cloud governance: Blueprints, RBAC, cost management

• Required certifications: AZ-305, AZ-104, AZ-700 (bonus: AZ-500, SC-300)

• Experience with VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, Active Directory, and Windows systems

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code using ARM templates or Terraform

• Scripting abilities with PowerShell or ARM

• Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure Stack

• معرفة متعمقة بشبكات Azure مثل VNet، DNS، NSG، UDR، وExpressRoute

• خبرة عملية في Azure Firewall وApplication Gateway وWAF

• خبرة في تصميم مناطق الإنزال (Landing Zones) واستخدام Azure Arc

• معرفة بإعدادات الوصول العامة والخاصة وتأمينها

• إتقان تقنيات Azure SQL وأساليب الترحيل

• فهم جيد لحوكمة السحابة باستخدام RBAC وBlueprints والتحكم في التكاليف

• الشهادات المطلوبة: AZ-305، AZ-104، AZ-700 (مفضل: AZ-500، SC-300)
