Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.

• Prepare and present commercial proposals, tenders, and contracts.

• Conduct market research and assess customer needs to tailor offerings.

• Collaborate with operations, culinary, and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

• Attend industry events and represent the company professionally.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in business development, particularly within the catering or F&B sectors.

• Strong network in hospitality, healthcare, government, or corporate sectors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.

• Must hold a valid Kuwaiti driving license and have access to a car.
