Job Description: This position involves overseeing and coordinating cementing service line work at the well site, ensuring quality service is delivered to customers. You will be responsible for providing planning and instruction to the crew and managing equipment. You will also handle dispute resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will manage the activities of service operators and ensure the equipment is cleaned and prepared for the next job. You will evaluate crew performance and provide training to improve job performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise cementing services at the well site.
Ensure customer satisfaction with work performed.
Lead the site crew, including both Halliburton and non-Halliburton employees.
Perform necessary job calculations and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and HSE regulations.
Provide training to improve the performance of operators.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent education with one year of experience as Service Operator-Cementing II.
Ability to drive commercial equipment may be required.
Strong communication skills and safety awareness.
Must comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.

ZZ03-ESG-Svc Operator I-Cementing

Location: Yard 34, East Ahmadi, Ahmadi, Kuwait
Experience Level: Entry-Level
Job Family: Operations
Product Service Line: Cementing
Full-Time / Part-Time: Full-Time

Job Description: This position involves the setup and breakdown of cementing service equipment on work locations, as well as pre-job calculations and operating cementing equipment. You will learn how to perform critical calculations, manage the cementing process, and train operator assistants. The role also includes ensuring that equipment is properly maintained, and that safety and environmental procedures are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

Rig up and rig down cementing service equipment at work locations.
Perform pre-job calculations related to the cementing process.
Operate cementing equipment and guide operator assistants.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
Maintain equipment and perform regular inspections.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent education with at least 6 months of experience as an Operator Assistant-Cementing II.
Licensure to drive commercial equipment may be required.
Ability to communicate effectively and ensure safety and environmental compliance.
