I Build General Buildings & Contracting Co. (IBC) is a construction company formed from family gathering . The company has successfully operated in the Kuwait area for the past ten years working on Fit-out Projects, focusing on residential & Commercial projects.
With the business boom that is occurring in our local area and the desire to improve overall profit margins, the company is planning to shift its target market to the larger fit-out projects. This business plan will lay out our goals and tasks to make this transition successful and create enough market share to succeed in this highly competitive market.

We Are Hiring | Sales & Public Relations Executive – Fit-Out Projects | IBC – Kuwait
- Are you a natural relationship builder? Do you have a passion for design, interiors, and turning connections into successful deals?
- IBC (I Build General Buildings & Contracting Co. W.L.L.) is on the lookout for a Sales & Public Relations Executive to join our dynamic team in Kuwait.
- Your Mission: To open doors, build bridges, and win hearts.
- You will represent IBC to potential clients, investors, franchise owners, and decision-makers—especially in the F&B, retail, and commercial sectors—and work closely with them to secure fit-out projects for some of the most recognized brands in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Seek out potential fit-out opportunities across Kuwait (and possibly in Riyadh & Dubai for future)
- Promote IBC’s strong portfolio, including projects with big firms and many more.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and initial negotiations
- Act as a key public face of the brand with professionalism and charm
Requirements:
- Male or Female (family background doesn’t matter – we value talent)
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English
- Presentable, motivated, and strategic thinker
- Experience in sales, PR, or client relations is a plus – but ambition and charisma matter more

- هل أنت شخصٌ بارعٌ في بناء العلاقات؟ هل لديك شغفٌ بالتصميم والديكور الداخلي، وتحويل العلاقات إلى صفقاتٍ ناجحة؟
- تبحث شركة IBC (شركة آي بيلد للمباني العامة والمقاولات ذ.م.م) عن مسؤول مبيعات وعلاقات عامة للانضمام إلى فريقنا الديناميكي في الكويت.
- مهمتك: فتح الأبواب، وبناء الجسور، وكسب القلوب.
- ستمثل IBC أمام العملاء المحتملين والمستثمرين وأصحاب الامتياز وصناع القرار - وخاصة في قطاعات الأغذية والمشروبات والتجزئة والتجارة - وستعمل معهم بشكل وثيق لتأمين مشاريع التجهيز لبعض العلامات التجارية الأكثر شهرة في المنطقة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء والشركاء
- ابحث عن فرص التجهيز المحتملة في جميع أنحاء الكويت (وربما في الرياض ودبي في المستقبل)
- تعزيز محفظة IBC القوية، بما في ذلك المشاريع مع الشركات الكبرى وغيرها الكثير.
- إدارة اجتماعات العملاء والعروض التقديمية والمفاوضات الأولية
- العمل كوجه عام رئيسي للعلامة التجارية باحترافية وسحر
متطلبات:
- ذكر أو أنثى (لا يهم الخلفية العائلية - نحن نقدر الموهبة)
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية
- حسن المظهر، متحفز، ومفكر استراتيجي
- الخبرة في المبيعات أو العلاقات العامة أو علاقات العملاء تعتبر ميزة إضافية - ولكن الطموح والكاريزما أهم
