Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in Kuwait

• Ability to join immediately

• Knowledge of invoice processing, expense booking, and vendor account reconciliation

• Proficiency in using accounting software and systems

• Transferable residency visa

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and expenses, verify and record them in accounts and cost centers

• Reconcile monthly vendor accounts and related transactions

• Prepare and monitor accounts payable aging reports to ensure timely payments

• Manage petty cash for projects and administration

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations

• Coordinate with the Inventory department to record purchase invoices

• Assist the Chief Accountant with month-end and year-end closing

• Maintain historical records, both soft and hard copies

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate records and provide accounting support

• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

• إعداد ومراقبة تقارير مستحقات الحسابات لضمان الدفع في الوقت المحدد

• إدارة المصروفات الإدارية ومصاريف المشاريع

• إعداد التسويات البنكية الشهرية

• التنسيق مع قسم المخزون لتسجيل الفواتير عند استلامها

• مساعدة المحاسب الرئيسي في إغلاق الحسابات بنهاية الشهر والسنة

• الحفاظ على السجلات التاريخية، نسخًا إلكترونية ونسخًا ورقية

• التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لضمان دقة السجلات وتقديم الدعم المحاسبي

• ضمان سرية المعلومات والامتثال لسياسات الشركة واللوائح
