• المبيعات والإقناع - القدرة على زيادة المبيعات المتبادلة وإتمام الصفقات عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي
• إتقان استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والإلمام بـ Instagram وWhatsApp وFacebook وغيرها من المنصات
• إدارة علاقات العملاء التعامل مع الاستفسارات والشكاوى والمتابعة بكفاءة
• إنشاء المحتوى والمشاركة - القدرة على إنشاء ردود تفاعلية ومشاركات.

• المعرفة الأساسية بالتسويق - فهم كيفية الترويج للعروض والخصومات بشكل فعال
• إدارة الوقت وتعدد المهام - التعامل مع العديد من العملاء
