Architectural Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Architectural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in design, site execution, and supervision within a contracting company. This role will contribute to the successful delivery of commercial, residential, and institutional projects while maintaining the company’s legacy of quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical details in coordination with project teams.

Collaborate closely with site engineers, structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure smooth execution of contracting projects.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design intent, and resolve on-site issues.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align architectural vision with project goals.

Review and follow up on material submittals, RFIs, and site instructions.

Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety regulations.

Assist in preparing project documentation, technical reports, and client presentations.

Stay current with architectural trends, new materials, and technologies applicable to construction and contracting environments.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering from an accredited university.

5–7 years of experience working specifically in a contracting company.

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site coordination, and project supervision.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other relevant software.

Familiarity with local building codes, material specifications, and construction standards.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced project environments.

Prior experience in Kuwait or GCC construction/contracting projects is preferred.
Skills

Familiarity with 3D visualization and rendering software (e.g., Lumion, 3ds Max, V-Ray).

Strong aesthetic sense with an eye for detail.

Experience working with high-end finishing and turnkey solutions.

نبحث عن مهندس معماري موهوب للانضمام إلى فريقنا. يجب أن يتمتع المتقدم بخبرة قوية في التصميم، تنفيذ المشاريع، والإشراف داخل شركة مقاولات، وذلك للمساهمة في تسليم مشاريع تجارية، سكنية، ومؤسسية عالية الجودة مع الحفاظ على سمعة الشركة في التميز والابتكار.
المهام الرئيسية

إعداد الرسومات المعمارية، رسومات الورش، والتفاصيل الفنية بالتنسيق مع فرق المشروع.

التعاون الوثيق مع مهندسي المواقع، الفرق الإنشائية، MEP، والفرق الداخلية لضمان تنفيذ مشاريع المقاولات بسلاسة.
-
إجراء فحوصات منتظمة للموقع لمراقبة التقدم وضمان الامتثال للنية التصميمية وحل المشكلات في الموقع.
-
التنسيق مع العملاء، الاستشاريين، والمقاولين الفرعيين لمواءمة الرؤية المعمارية مع أهداف المشروع.

مراجعة ومتابعة تقديم المواد، استفسارات طلب المعلومات، وتعليمات الموقع.
-
ضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية للمشروعات، الميزانيات، ولوائح السلامة.

المساعدة في إعداد الوثائق الفنية للمشروعات، التقارير، والعروض التقديمية للعملاء.
-
متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات المعمارية، المواد الجديدة، والتقنيات المتعلقة ببيئات البناء والمقاولات.
الشروط
-
درجة البكالوريوس في العمارة أو الهندسة المعمارية من جامعة معتمدة.
-
5-7 سنوات من الخبرة في العمل داخل شركة مقاولات.
-
معرفة قوية بمنهجيات البناء، تنسيق المواقع، والإشراف على المشاريع.
-
إجادة استخدام AutoCAD، Revit، SketchUp، Adobe Suite، والبرامج الأخرى ذات الصلة.
-
إلمام بكودات البناء المحلية، مواصفات المواد، ومعايير البناء.
-
مهارات تواصل وتنظيم وحل المشكلات الممتازة.
-
القدرة على العمل بفعالية تحت الضغط وإدارة مهام متعددة في بيئات المشاريع السريعة.
-
يفضل الخبرة السابقة في مشاريع البناء/المقاولات في الكويت أو دول الخليج.
المهارات
-
إلمام ببرامج التصور ثلاثي الأبعاد وبرامج الريندر مثل (Lumion، 3ds Max، V-Ray).
-
حس جمالي قوي واهتمام بالتفاصيل.

خبرة في العمل مع التشطيبات عالية الجودة والحلول الجاهزة..
