Position: Production Operator
Details
We are looking for an experienced Extruder Operator to operate and maintain extrusion equipment in our food production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality food products while ensuring compliance with all production standards, quality guidelines, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust extruder machinery according to production specifications.

Prepare raw materials and monitor the feeding process into the extrusion system.

Control temperatures, pressures, speeds, and other settings to optimize production quality.

Perform routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting during operations.

Monitor product quality, including texture, moisture, weight, and appearance, and make adjustments as necessary.

Record production data, including machine settings, output quantities, and material usage.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout production.

Conduct minor maintenance and assist maintenance teams with repairs when needed.

Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure all products meet food safety and quality specifications.

Maintain cleanliness of work areas and extrusion equipment following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Requirements

Previous experience as an Extruder Operator in the food manufacturing industry is preferred.
