Sr. Country Manager - Food Services

About The Opportunity

This role, based in Kuwait, will report directly to the General Manager MENA Talabat Kitchens. We are seeking a motivated, data-driven leader to manage and oversee the growth of our cloud kitchens and food services operations in Kuwait. If you're a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow Talabat's cloud kitchen presence in Kuwait, aligned with the broader company goals

• Take ownership of business development, project management, and stakeholder relationships

• Manage financials, meet budgets, and drive growth initiatives across construction, new brand launches, and profitable business operations

• Coordinate with various teams to ensure flawless delivery and customer experience

• Partner with Logistics and Customer Experience teams to enhance performance

• Identify and evaluate kitchen spaces for expansion based on defined criteria

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple brands, ensuring health & safety standards, stock management, and site hygiene

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/MBA degree in Business, Marketing, or STEM disciplines from a top university

• 5-8 years of experience in a growth/product manager role or equivalent in consulting, internal strategy, or startups

• Experience in tech, e-commerce, food, FMCG, or a combination of these industries

• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams

• Strong understanding of financial statements, planning, and investment proposals

• Proficient in analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel

• Ability to analyze complex data sets and create actionable plans based on market conditions

• Knowledge of online marketing concepts and tools

• In-depth knowledge of the cloud kitchen industry and restaurant business

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present persuasive business cases to stakeholders

المسؤوليات

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لتوسيع وجود طلبات في الكويت، بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة

• إدارة تطوير الأعمال، العلاقات مع الأطراف المعنية، وإدارة المشاريع

• إدارة الجوانب المالية، وتحقيق الميزانيات، ودفع المبادرات النمو عبر البناء، وإطلاق العلامات التجارية الجديدة، وتشغيل الأعمال بشكل مربح

• التنسيق مع الفرق المختلفة لضمان تنفيذ الطلبات بسلاسة

• التعاون مع فرق اللوجستيات وتجربة العملاء لتحسين الأداء العام

• تحديد وتقييم الأماكن المناسبة للتوسع في المطابخ السحابية بناءً على معايير محددة

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للعديد من العلامات التجارية، وضمان معايير الصحة والسلامة، وإدارة المخزون، والنظافة العامة

الشروط

• درجة بكاليريوس/ماجستير في الأعمال أو التسويق أو التخصصات ذات الصلة من جامعة مرموقة

• من 5 إلى 8 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة النمو أو المنتج أو ما يعادلها في الاستشارات أو الاستراتيجيات الداخلية أو الشركات الناشئة

• خبرة سابقة في التكنولوجيا أو التجارة الإلكترونية أو الطعام أو السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الدوران (FMCG)

• خبرة سابقة في إدارة الفرق متعددة الوظائف

• معرفة قوية بالبيانات المالية، والتخطيط، واقتراحات الاستثمار

• إتقان أدوات التحليل مثل SQL، Tableau، و Microsoft Excel

• القدرة على تحليل مجموعات البيانات المعقدة وإنشاء خطط عمل بناءً على ظروف السوق

• معرفة جيدة بمفاهيم وأدوات التسويق عبر الإنترنت

• معرفة شاملة لصناعة المطابخ السحابية وصناعة المطاعم بشكل عام
