As a Merchandising Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of merchandising strategies and targets.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Team: Guide the merchandising team to achieve the Perfect Store target (price, planogram, MSL) and GTM scorecard targets (route adherence, location adherence, ST).

• Set Clear Goals: Define both long-term and short-term goals for the team and oversee daily operations in the market.

• Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the merchandising team's performance while fostering continuous development.

• Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of all point-of-sale materials allocated to the market.

• Coach and Engage: Engage with your team, providing guidance, resolving conflicts, and addressing feedback to ensure smooth operations.

What You’ll Bring

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in FMCG.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role.

  • 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في دور قيادي.
