English as a Second Language Teacher (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Location:
BSC Kuwait, Sanabil Tower, Sharq, Kuwait City

Role Overview:
BSC Kuwait is looking for enthusiastic and passionate English Language Teachers to join their team. As a teacher at BSC, you will deliver engaging lessons to small classes (5-20 students) while adhering to BSC's curriculum and standards. You’ll also be involved in workshops, clubs, and student assessments. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person lessons aligned with BSC’s curriculum

• Support learning through workshops, clubs, and assessments

• Collaborate with the academic team, College Manager, and Student Experience team

• Proactively plan lessons and manage classroom delivery

What We're Looking For:

• CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent certification

• Degree or relevant teaching experience

• Previous EFL teaching experience in the UK or abroad

• Understanding of current trends in English language teaching

• Experience in IELTS preparation or digital teaching tools is a plus

College Manager (Fixed Term)

Role Overview:
The College Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring that students receive exceptional learning experiences. The role also includes financial and administrative management, student welfare services, and facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive student engagement and foster an environment that supports learning

• Manage financial administration and ensure budgets are adhered to

• Ensure student welfare is prioritized and handle any escalated student queries

• Oversee the social and activity programme

• Lead recruitment and performance management of the college team

• Ensure the safety and maintenance of college facilities

Required Experience & Skills:

• DELTA or equivalent qualification

• C2 level of English

• Previous experience managing a team in an educational environment

• Understanding of health & safety responsibilities and duty of care

Regional Sales Manager (Kuwait)

Role Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with the Regional Account Director to maximize potential in the designated region. This role requires managing both new and existing client relationships while driving business development efforts in the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing and recruitment plans

• Visit target markets and manage key accounts

• Monitor leads, opportunities, and pipeline to increase conversion rates

• Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns

• Represent BSC at international events and conferences

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years in business development and account management

• Previous experience in education sales is advantageous

• Strong communication and IT skills (Microsoft Office)

• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus
