Beauty Consultant - L'Occitane

What You'll Be Doing

As a Beauty Consultant at L'Occitane, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service by using your product knowledge and sales techniques to achieve targets. You'll be accountable for counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, and promoting new products. You will also be a key player in maintaining the store’s grooming standards and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Provide outstanding customer service, answering queries related to products, prices, and services.

• Build strong guest experience standards to foster customer loyalty.

• Track and generate daily sales reports while achieving sales targets.

• Maintain store stock levels and ensure proper merchandising as per brand guidelines.

• Demonstrate the usage and benefits of products to customers.

• Assist in achieving store targets and participate in promotional activities.

• Report stock shortages and ensure replenishment as per procedure.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the beauty industry.

• Strong sales and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of beauty products and trends.

• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية والإجابة على استفسارات العملاء حول المنتجات والأسعار والخدمات.

• بناء معايير قوية لتجربة العملاء لتعزيز ولائهم.

• تتبع وإعداد تقارير يومية للمبيعات وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.

• الحفاظ على مستويات المخزون في المتجر وضمان ترتيب المنتجات وفقًا لإرشادات العلامة التجارية.

• عرض وتوضيح فوائد المنتجات للعملاء.

• المساعدة في تحقيق أهداف المتجر والمشاركة في الأنشطة الترويجية.
