Details

Job Type: Full-time
Location: GCC Region – On-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the development of a comprehensive Rail Freight Business Plan

• Conduct market studies to determine potential freight types and volumes

• Design high-level concepts for freight handling facilities

• Provide expert insights into intermodal terminals, equipment, and processes

• Define commercial models and employer requirements

• Engage directly with potential clients and key stakeholders

• Coordinate with government entities and support tender documentation

Requirements

• 10+ years in international railway logistics or transport companies

• Proven experience with business planning, policy design, and commercial modeling

• Expertise in Combined Transport (Rail + Road), intermodal terminal design, and logistics centers

• Familiarity with cross-border regulations, security, and Gulf stakeholder management

• Preferably worked on rail freight projects in Qatar or other GCC countries

• Excellent MS Office proficiency

الموقع: دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي – عمل ميداني

المهام الرئيسية:

• قيادة وتطوير خطة استراتيجية شاملة لأعمال الشحن بالسكك الحديدية

• إجراء دراسات سوقية لتحديد أنواع وأحجام البضائع

• تصميم مفاهيم متقدمة لمنشآت مناولة الشحن

• تقديم خبرة في تصميم المراكز اللوجستية والموانئ الجافة والنقل المشترك

• إعداد نماذج تجارية حسب نوع العميل ومتطلبات السوق

• التفاعل مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الحكوميين

• التنسيق مع الجهات الرسمية ودعم إعداد وثائق المناقصات

الشروط

• خبرة تتجاوز 10 سنوات في شركات نقل دولية متخصصة في السكك الحديدية

• خبرة في إعداد خطط الأعمال والسياسات التجارية للمؤسسات الحكومية والخاصة

• معرفة متعمقة في النقل المشترك وتصميم المراكز اللوجستية ومحطات النقل المتعدد

• خبرة في الأنظمة الحدودية والأمنية والتعامل مع أصحاب المصلحة في الخليج

• يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في مشاريع الشحن في قطر أو دول الخليج

• إجادة تامة لبرامج MS Office
