🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for all IT-related issues (hardware, software, networking)
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and IT devices
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (e.g. Active Directory, email)
• Monitor computer systems and networks for optimal performance
• Document technical issues and their solutions
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
✅ Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or similar roles
• Proficiency in Windows & Mac operating systems
• Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN)
• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and business apps
🎓 Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a technical role

🔧 المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
• تقديم الدعم لجميع مشكلات تكنولوجيا المعلومات (الهاردوير، السوفتوير، الشبكات)
• تركيب وصيانة وحل مشكلات الأجهزة مثل الكمبيوتر والطابعات
• إدارة حسابات المستخدمين والصلاحيات (مثل Active Directory والبريد الإلكتروني)
• مراقبة أداء أنظمة الكمبيوتر والشبكات
• توثيق المشاكل التقنية وحلولها
• التأكد من الالتزام بسياسات ومعايير الأمان المعلوماتي
✅ المهارات والمؤهلات:
• خبرة مثبتة في الدعم الفني أو الدعم التقني أو وظائف مماثلة
• معرفة قوية بأنظمة تشغيل Windows وMac
• فهم لمفاهيم الشبكات مثل TCP/IP وLAN وWAN وVPN
• خبرة عملية في Active Directory وOffice 365 وتطبيقات الأعمال
🎓 المؤهل العلمي والخبرة:
• درجة بكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات (يفضل)
• من سنة إلى ثلاث سنوات خبرة في الدعم الفني أو مجال تقني مشابه
