Position: Junior Graphic Designer (ART Officer)

Details

We are hiring an enthusiastic ART Officer to support our creative and design operations. This is an in-office position based in Kuwait, where you'll work closely with graphic designers and cross-departmental teams, including marketing and digital units, to ensure effective communication and timely execution of design projects.

Job Role

The role involves coordinating between design and other departments, managing digital asset uploads, tracking project timelines, and ensuring seamless communication across the company. You’ll assist in creating an organized, high-functioning design workflow that powers our visual identity across platforms.

Description

• Support the graphic design team throughout the entire creative process

• Upload final artwork to platforms and applications with proper formatting

• Organize design archives and perform regular database backups

• Coordinate design needs with marketing, purchasing, and digital departments

• Collaborate with social media and celebrity marketing teams

• Track and report on the engagement of creative assets, especially influencer campaigns

• Monitor deadlines and ensure the timely delivery of all design materials

• Maintain up-to-date project tracking and communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related discipline

• 0–1 year of experience in design, marketing, or similar fields

• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

• Good command of Microsoft Office tools

• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently

• Familiarity with social media platforms and their creative formats

نبحث عن موظف في قسم التصميم (ART Officer) للعمل في مكتبنا داخل الكويت بدوام كامل. سيكون الموظف حلقة وصل بين فريق التصميم وباقي الأقسام، ويقوم بمتابعة وتنسيق المشاريع، وتنظيم الملفات الرقمية الخاصة بالتصاميم.

الدور الوظيفي

يتضمن هذا الدور تنسيق وتنفيذ المهام المرتبطة بالتصميم، ورفع التصاميم النهائية على المنصات المختلفة، ومتابعة الحملات التسويقية، خصوصًا تلك المرتبطة بالمؤثرين. يجب أن يكون المتقدم منظمًا، يتمتع بروح الفريق، وقادرًا على إدارة عدة مهام في وقت واحد.

الوصف الوظيفي

• دعم فريق التصميم في جميع مراحل العملية الإبداعية

• رفع التصاميم النهائية على التطبيقات والمنصات المختلفة

• تنظيم وأرشفة الملفات وأخذ نسخ احتياطية بشكل دوري

• التنسيق مع أقسام التسويق والمشتريات والفريق الرقمي

• التعاون مع فرق التسويق عبر السوشيال ميديا والمؤثرين

• متابعة وتحليل نتائج الحملات الإعلانية والتصاميم

• ضمان تسليم التصاميم في الوقت المحدد وفقًا للجداول الزمنية

• تحديث ومتابعة تقدم المشاريع وتوثيقها

الشروط

• شهادة بكالوريوس في التصميم الجرافيكي أو التسويق أو ما يعادلها

• خبرة من 0 إلى 1 سنة في مجال التصميم أو التسويق

• إلمام أساسي ببرامج Adobe Creative Suite

• مهارات جيدة في استخدام برامج Microsoft Office

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية)

• مهارات عالية في التنظيم وإدارة الوقت

• قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتعدد المهام

• معرفة بأساسيات التصميم لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي
