Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related field
-
2–3 years of BIM-related experience in Kuwait
-
Advanced proficiency in Revit
-
Working knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, and 3Ds Max
-
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
-
Must currently reside in Kuwait with a transferable residency
Key Responsibilities

Implement BIM technologies in both residential villa and commercial projects
-
Coordinate BIM models to enhance design and construction workflows
-
Provide training and technical support on BIM software to internal teams
-
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure model integrity
-
Ensure adherence to local codes and Kuwait Baladiya standards

الشروط

درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في العمارة أو الهندسة أو إدارة التشييد أو علوم الكمبيوتر أو مجال ذي صلة

خبرة عملية من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في نفس المجال داخل الكويت
-
إتقان برنامج Revit
-
خبرة عملية في برامج SketchUp، AutoCAD، و3Ds Max
-
إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة وتحدثًا)
-
الإقامة داخل الكويت مع إقامة قابلة للتحويل
المسؤوليات
-
استخدام تقنيات الـ BIM في مشاريع الفلل السكنية والمباني التجارية
-
تنسيق النماذج الهندسية لتعزيز عمليات التصميم والتنفيذ
-
تقديم التدريب والدعم الفني لفريق العمل على برامج الـ BIM
-
التعاون مع المهندسين والمعماريين لضمان دقة النماذج
-
التأكد من الالتزام باللوائح المحلية وخاصة معايير بلدية الكويت
