Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the air conditioning spare parts shop

• Provide technical support and expertise to customers regarding air conditioning systems and parts

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales

• Ensure inventory management and stock control of air conditioning spare parts

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales and service

• Provide accurate and timely quotations for clients

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service and support

Requirements

• Proven experience in air conditioning sales or engineering, particularly in spare parts

• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems and components

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous experience in retail or spare parts management is an advantage

• Fluent in Arabic and English

• ضمان إدارة المخزون والسيطرة على قطع غيار التكييف

• التعاون مع فريق المبيعات لتطوير استراتيجيات لتحسين المبيعات والخدمة

• تقديم عروض أسعار دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب للعملاء

• ضمان مستويات عالية من رضا العملاء من خلال الخدمة والدعم السريع

الشروط

• خبرة مثبتة في مبيعات أو هندسة التكييف، خاصة في قطع الغيار

• معرفة قوية بأنظمة التكييف ومكوناتها

• مهارات تواصل وخدمة عملاء ممتازة

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق

• خبرة سابقة في إدارة المتاجر أو قطع الغيار ميزة إضافية

• إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية
