Job Details
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team at SBS. The successful candidate will provide essential technical support to our sales team and clients, design customized BMS solutions, and prepare technical proposals. You will play a key role in driving the success of our projects and collaborating with engineering teams for smooth execution.
Position: BMS Pre-Sales Engineer
Location: Inside Kuwait Only
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities

Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to the sales team and clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.

Solution Design: Design and propose BMS solutions tailored to the needs of specific projects.

Proposal Preparation: Create detailed technical proposals, BOQs, and tender documents.

Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions effectively.

Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment between design and implementation.
Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Kuwait, with a focus on BMS and HVAC control systems.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, KNX, and other protocols used in BMS.

Systems Knowledge: Solid understanding of networks, Access Control, CCTV, smart systems, and home automation.

Solution-Oriented: Ability to analyze client requirements and offer optimal solutions.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.

Personality: A pleasing personality, with the ability to work effectively within a team.

Learning Ability: A fast learner with a strong desire to develop professionally.

Residency: Transferable Kuwait Residency (Article 18) is a must.

نبحث عن شخص ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في SBS. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولًا عن تقديم الدعم الفني لفريق المبيعات والعملاء، وتصميم حلول BMS مخصصة، وإعداد العروض الفنية. ستلعب دورًا أساسيًا في نجاح مشاريعنا والتعاون مع فرق الهندسة لضمان التنفيذ السلس.
الوظيفة: مهندس ما قبل المبيعات BMS
الموقع: داخل الكويت فقط
نوع العمل: دوام كامل
المسؤوليات

الدعم الفني: تقديم الدعم الفني لفريق المبيعات والعملاء، وضمان التواصل والفهم الواضح للمتطلبات.

تصميم الحلول: تصميم واقتراح حلول BMS مخصصة وفقًا للاحتياجات الخاصة بكل مشروع.
-
إعداد العروض: إعداد العروض الفنية التفصيلية، وقوائم الكميات، ومستندات المناقصات.
-
العروض التقديمية: إجراء عروض تقديمية للمنتجات لإظهار حلولنا بشكل فعال.
-
التعاون: العمل عن كثب مع فرق الهندسة لضمان تنفيذ سلس للمشاريع وتوافق التصميم مع التنفيذ.
المتطلبات

الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الكويت، مع تركيز على نظم BMS والتحكم في أنظمة التكييف.

الخبرة التقنية: معرفة قوية ببروتوكولات BACnet، Modbus، KNX وغيرها المستخدمة في نظم BMS.

معرفة الأنظمة: فهم شامل للشبكات، وأنظمة التحكم في الوصول، وأنظمة كاميرات المراقبة، والأنظمة الذكية، وأتمتة المنازل.

حلول موجهة: القدرة على تحليل احتياجات العملاء وتقديم الحلول المثلى.

مهارات التواصل: مهارات تواصل وعرض ممتازة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.

الشخصية: شخصية محبوبة، وقادرة على العمل بشكل جيد ضمن فريق.

القدرة على التعلم: سرعة تعلم ورغبة قوية في التطور المهني.

الإقامة: إقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18) هي شرط أساسي.
