Job Title: Landscape Designer

Responsibilities

• Generate landscaping designs based on current trends and client requirements.

• Demonstrate professionalism in 3D design and use of design software such as AutoCAD, Lumion, Sketchup, and Photoshop.

• Offer creative suggestions to the management team.

• Responsible for site visits, surveys, and taking appropriate on-site measurements.

• Research exotic plants suitable for the Kuwaiti climate.

• Follow the requests of the landscaping engineer and report efficiently.

• Be open to learning and proposing courses to enhance your design skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

• At least 4 to 5 years of experience as a landscape designer or landscape architect.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong understanding of design principles and technical skills.

• Note: Only Filipino nationals will be accepted for this position.

Package Details

• Salary: Based on experience.

• Allowance: Free accommodation and transportation.

• Working Hours: 8 hours per day and 26 working days per month.

• إنشاء تصاميم للمناظر الطبيعية استنادًا إلى الاتجاهات الحالية واحتياجات العملاء.

• إظهار الاحترافية في التصميم ثلاثي الأبعاد واستخدام برامج التصميم مثل AutoCAD و Lumion و Sketchup و Photoshop.

• تقديم اقتراحات إبداعية للإدارة.

• مسؤول عن الزيارات الميدانية، واستطلاعات المواقع، وأخذ القياسات المناسبة.

• البحث عن النباتات الاستوائية التي تناسب المناخ الكويتي.

• متابعة طلبات مهندس المناظر الطبيعية والتقارير بطريقة فعالة.

• الاستعداد للتعلم واقتراح الدورات التي من شأنها تحسين مهاراتك في التصميم.

الشروط

• درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو مجال ذي صلة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 4 إلى 5 سنوات كمصمم مناظر طبيعية أو مهندس مناظر طبيعية.

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بشكل جيد.

• مهارات قوية في الفهم والتصميم.

• ملاحظة: سيتم قبول الجنسيات الفلبينية فقط لهذه الوظيفة.
