Project Manager

 Responsibilities:

• To provide leadership to the Project in terms of guiding, support to GHC's staff for the successful running of the project (contract).
• To manage the project (contract) on day to day basis.
• To plan for the short-term and long-term for the project (contract) execution.
• To manage and assess the performance of the staff deployed under the contract and report to the Management as required.
• To set Key Performance Indicators for the staff deployed under the contract in order to achieve the targets set by the client for their operational needs.

• To report to GHC Management daily by email/suitable mode the daily activities carried out, manpower on site and issues faced thereof.
• To help GHC Management to carry out its responsibilities towards the project (contract) on a timely and effective manner for the success of the project.
• To support GHC Management in terms of planning and budgeting for the project (contract).
• To be the sole focal point of contact to the Client / End user and address their requirements in line with GHC’s responsibilities towards the project (contract).
• To coordinate between the client/end-user and GHC as an interface for a smooth running the project (contract).
• To provide timely and valuable support required by the client and GHC for maintaining the project (contract) as a mutually beneficial success for both.
• To obtain approvals in writing from the client/ end user as and when required.
• To follow up on payment of invoices on time.

Communications and Working Relationships:

• Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams of Engineering, MRO, Stores, Procurement, CAMO, HR, IT, Quality, Finance, Logistics, Clients
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders to align, project objectives with broader organizational goals.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for external vendors, contractors, and consultants involved in aviation-related projects.

Job Specification Skills: 

• Strong leadership and inspiring team.
• Excellent in Communication both in verbal and written in English.
• Bilingual (Arabic and English) will be advantage
• Experience in Project Management.
• Proven track record leading a similar sized operation in a similar operation.
• High level of awareness of Organizations operations including projects and initiatives.
• Capable running multiple projects.
• Initiate improvements to work process, where possible and allowed.

Experience:

• Around 10 years of experience in Aviation Industry and in particular maintenance with minimum two-year experience in a supervisor / Managerial role.

Qualifications

• Aeronautic Engineer or any other related Engineering degree.
• An MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is preferred.

مدير المشروع

 المسؤوليات:

• توفير القيادة للمشروع من حيث التوجيه والدعم لموظفي GHC لضمان نجاح تشغيل المشروع (العقد).
• إدارة المشروع (العقد) على أساس يومي.
• التخطيط لتنفيذ المشروع (العقد) على المدى القريب والبعيد.
• إدارة وتقييم أداء الموظفين العاملين بموجب العقد وتقديم التقارير إلى الإدارة حسب الحاجة.
• تحديد مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للموظفين العاملين بموجب العقد من أجل تحقيق الأهداف التي حددها العميل لاحتياجاته التشغيلية.

• إرسال تقرير إلى إدارة GHC يوميًا عبر البريد الإلكتروني / الوضع المناسب حول الأنشطة اليومية التي يتم تنفيذها والقوى العاملة في الموقع والقضايا التي تواجهها.
• مساعدة إدارة شركة GHC في تنفيذ مسؤولياتها تجاه المشروع (العقد) في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة فعالة لنجاح المشروع.
• لدعم إدارة GHC من حيث التخطيط والميزانية للمشروع (العقد).
• أن نكون نقطة الاتصال الوحيدة مع العميل / المستخدم النهائي ومعالجة متطلباتهم بما يتماشى مع مسؤوليات شركة GHC تجاه المشروع (العقد).
• للتنسيق بين العميل/المستخدم النهائي و GHC كواجهة لضمان حسن سير المشروع (العقد).
• توفير الدعم القيم وفي الوقت المناسب الذي يتطلبه العميل وشركة GHC للحفاظ على المشروع (العقد) باعتباره نجاحًا مفيدًا للطرفين.
• الحصول على الموافقات الكتابية من العميل / المستخدم النهائي حسب الحاجة.
• لمتابعة سداد الفواتير في الوقت المحدد.

الاتصالات وعلاقات العمل:

• يتعاون بشكل وثيق مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف في الهندسة، والصيانة والإصلاح والعمرة، والمتاجر، والمشتريات، والبرمجيات، والموارد البشرية، وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، والجودة، والمالية، والخدمات اللوجستية، والعملاء
• ينسق مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لمواءمة أهداف المشروع مع الأهداف التنظيمية الأوسع.
• يعمل كنقطة الاتصال الأساسية للبائعين الخارجيين والمقاولين والمستشارين المشاركين في المشاريع المتعلقة بالطيران.

مواصفات الوظيفة المهارات: 

• قيادة قوية وفريق ملهم.
• ممتاز في التواصل شفهيًا وكتابيًا باللغة الإنجليزية.
• ستكون ثنائية اللغة (العربية والإنجليزية) ميزة
• خبرة في إدارة المشاريع.
• سجل حافل في قيادة عملية مماثلة الحجم في عملية مماثلة.
• مستوى عال من الوعي بعمليات المنظمة بما في ذلك المشاريع والمبادرات.
• القدرة على تشغيل مشاريع متعددة.
• البدء في تحسين سير العمل، حيثما كان ذلك ممكنا ومسموحا به.

خبرة:

• - خبرة حوالي 10 سنوات في صناعة الطيران وخاصة الصيانة مع خبرة لا تقل عن عامين في دور مشرف / إداري.

المؤهلات

• مهندس طيران أو أي درجة هندسية أخرى ذات صلة.
• يفضل الحصول على درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها من الدراسات العليا.
